Karabağlar Municipality

In Izmir, after the failure to reach an agreement in the collective bargaining negotiations between Genel-İş Union, the authorized union of KARBEL company of Karabağlar Municipality, and Social Democrat Public Employers Union (SODEMSEN), the workers went on a wildcat strike by stopping work for half a day. The workers announced that if their demands are not accepted, they will go on strike on January 23, 2025.
