Medistate Hospital Construction Site

Construction workers, members of Dev Yapı-İş, working for Temsis Elektrik, a subcontractor of the contractor Birleşim Mühendislik-Erde Mühendislik, at the construction site of Medistate Hospital in Çekmeköy, Istanbul, which is being built by Görgülü Plus İnşaat, started a wildcat strike on January 28, 2025 due to the delay in the payment of their wages. The strike ended on January 30, 2025 after an agreement was reached with the boss that all wages would be paid.
